Humanity is at risk of losing its higher intelligence, consumed by greed and disregard for life.
Respect for human life is fading, but love must triumph, it must reside in the hearts of those who champion peace and unity among all people.
Mankind has become its own greatest adversary.
If the fighting does not cease, we risk destroying everything around us, leaving no chance for survival. This must end. As once dreamed by great visionaries, hope lies in the triumph of wisdom and compassion. May those ideals prevail.

Portugal broadcasts television programmes devoid of heart, sentiment, and spiritual value, where people are treated like commodities in cages, having never learned the basic A-B-C of love and education.
A spectacle of detachment
Watched 24 hours a day, exposed for mass consumption, this spectacle reflects how an entire people drift away from the cultural, educational, and human roots that once defined the nation.
Honouring our roots
This may happen elsewhere in the world, but countries with history tend to protect their cultural values. Portugal, though small, has deep roots and should honour its people by cultivating human dignity, cultural awareness, and higher values.
A cultural mission
Television and the press have a responsibility to uphold a cultural mission.
Unfortunately, they frequently prioritize superficial content over promoting meaningful artistic and cultural contributions from their own communities.
