CHAMELEON COLLECTIVE
Chameleon Collective is a unique musical endeavour that began in 2016, born from a special collaboration between Portugal and the UK.
Explore the story of how this collective came to be and the journey they've embarked on.

Our story
2016
The Chameleon Collective emerged from a serendipitous invitation to Maria from Jonathan Miller (a producer, musician, and sound engineer renowned for his work with bands like Madredeus, Delfins, and more) to collaborate on a new project with keyboardist Jed Allen.
What began as a trio quickly blossomed into a creative force, with Maria crafting melodies and co-writing lyrics alongside Jonathan. For four years, the group worked tirelessly, bridging the distance between Hertfordshire (UK) and Cascais (PT) through studio sessions and remote collaboration.

The beginning
The collective was born through the collaboration of Maria León, Jonathan Miller and Jed Allen, blending diverse musical backgrounds into a unique sound.
